*If you're making a service request with less than 3 days notice, you will automatically receive an email asking you to call us to verify availability. Ignore that email!!

Attention Vacation Clients:

In the Pet Care Changes section on the service request, please include the approx. time you're leaving for your trip & time you're planning to be home, so we can schedule our visits accordingly.

Please note that if you get delayed getting home from your trip & you request an additional visit on the same day you're expected to be home, there will be a last minute charge to fit it in to our schedules. The cost for the visit will be double the regular price (so a 30 min visit would be $42). So if you think there's any chance you could get delayed, it is highly recommended you schedule an additional visit when you make the service request. Then if you end up not needing it; as long as we haven't gone over to your home, you will get credited for that visit to use at a future date. It is much easier to cancel a visit than to add one on at the last minute!

***Please note: Two + week's notice is preferred for service requests. With less than 1 week's notice, please understand there may be a small last minute fee added to your bill to rearrange our schedules.

If you do have a last minute request, please still make the request via the online form, regardless of how soon you need service.
