Pet Sitting

In addition to making sure your pets have fresh food, water, and any necessary medications, we will play with them, walk the dogs or just play catch in the yard, cuddle with the kitties, give them tons of TLC and attention, and will accommodate their normal schedules as much as possible. We will also complete the "Home Care" duties (see below). Visiting hours are between 7am-9pm (hours are increased during our busy holiday times).

Dog Walking

Perfect for dog parents who work all day, who are physically unable, or just don't have enough time. Dogs tend to get bored, restless, and even sometimes destructive when left alone all day. We can break up your dog's day by taking him on a nice neighborhood walk. When finished, we will give him a fresh bowl of water, treat, and a hug and kiss. You will always come home to a happy pup!

Home Care

For those who don't need pet care, but would like the comfort of knowing their home is safe and secure while they're away. Visit can include the following: bringing in mail and newspapers, alternating lights, security checks (walking through your home assessing entry points, drains, faucets, furnace, electrical), and making your home look "lived in". These services are free during regular pet care visits.

REFER A FRIEND!

If we do not service their area, we'll refer them to another reputable service that covers their area. Make sure they tell us you referred them and once we've cared for their pets, your pet's next regular visit (30 min) is free.

When pet parents are away from the home for more than 24 hours:

We do a minimum of 2 Regular visits/day for adult dogs & 1 Regular visit/day for adult cats

Kittens and puppies require more frequent visits (depending upon their age and living habits/confinement).

These requirements allow us to keep the best track of your pets and help us all ensure their safety and health while you are away.

Maximum 4 visits/day

***For multiple pet houses, it's best to schedule longer visits to ensure all pets receive adequate attention.

For 2x/day dog visits,
-1st visit is between 6-9am
-2nd visit is between 6-9pm

*Keep in mind that means your dog will only be let out every 12 hrs. Most dogs will need more visits (puppies, elderly dogs, if you'll be out of town longer than 5-6 days)

*We plan our routes to be fuel and time efficient, so we can spend more time with your pets and less time on the road.

If we're in one neighborhood, go to another neighborhood 10 miles away to only come back to the first neighborhood again to have the visit at a specific time, that wastes fuel and time.

We also need to allow some wiggle room in case things don't go as planned (accidents to clean up, pet needs to be rushed to the vet, pipes burst, etc.).

We can shorten the visit window from 3 hours to 1.5 hours (example: instead of 6-9, we could do 6-7:30, 7-8:30, etc.) for an additional $5/visit.

For 3x/day dog visits,

-1st visit is between 6-9am,
- 2nd visit can either be between 12-3pm OR 4-6pm (when many pets are used to being fed)

-3rd visit is between7-10pm 

For 4x/day dog visits,

-1st visit is between 6-8am,
-2nd visit is btwn 11am-1pm,
-3rd visit is between 4-6pm,
-4th visit is btwn 8:30-10:30pm

For 1x/day cat visits, the visits are scheduled geographically* according to the other visits we have each day (unless they are on time-sensitive medication), so the visits may be any time during the day.

If we're visiting on the day you're leaving/returning, we'll of course schedule the visits accordingly.

For 2x/day cat visits,
- the 1st visit is between 6-11am
-the 2nd visit is 8-12 hours later.

*We can customize our 1x/day cat visits & visit @a certain time of day for an additional $5/visit.

Example: If you have a morning preference, the visit will be made by 11:30am.

For mid-day, the visit will be made between 11:30-3:30

For evening, the visit will be made between 5-10pm).

We charge strictly for our time, so schedule adequate time to complete all services requested. If your pet or home needs more time than scheduled, it will be added as needed and billed to you.  Yard pickup, watering and other average tasks are included in base price.  More difficult tasks are $5 per additional 15 minutes.

Dog Walks/Potty Breaks
while you're at work:

We need at least a 2 hour window* (longer if possible) for when the visit can be made. Example: 10am-2pm, 1-3, 2-4, etc.

Puppies

Puppies require more frequent visits. As a common rule, they can wait to potty the same number of hours as the number of months old they are.  ie - 3 month old can wait no longer than 3 hours to potty. We will shorten our required visit window depending on your pup's needs.

Holidays

addtl $5/visit on the following days:

- Thanksgiving (Wed-Sun)

- December Holidays (23rd-27th)

Initial Consultation

At this required visit we review the previously completed paperwork (found here), answer questions, get to know one another, obtain 2 working house keys (& gate clickers if needed to access your home), receive payment for the 1st booking to secure the dates, and tour your home.

This also gives us a chance to get to know one another and make sure we're a good match. The first visit to your home is free. If you feel we need to make extra visits, they will be charged our normal visit charges, depending on length of the visit.

Doggy Field Trips

We will pick your dog up from home, take him on a 60 minute outing at a nearby park (on leash), & drop him back off at home with a fresh bowl of water, treat (if allowed), & hug! Your pup will love you for it!

Doggy “About the Town Excursion”

Schedule an excursion or purchase a gift certificate for someone special to treat their pets. 

A DOGGIE "ABOUT THE TOWN "EXCURSION includes pick-up of your dog and going out "on the town" with your faithful companion. 

Your canine buddy will get to ride in the car (fun in itself for most dogs), take a trip to a local dog bakery for a special treat provided by us; have a nice walk and a trip to a local park/dog park. This is a two-hour treat for your best friend.

Pet Taxi

Grooming appointments, veterinary visits, canine massage appointments, kennel drop off/pick up, airport pickup/drop-off, etc.

-$31 for the 1st hour plus $5 for each addtl 15 min.

-Out of Service Area rates & gas surcharges may apply should you need us to transport your pet outside of our service area.

Hotel Visits
 

Would you like to visit Austin with your pet?  There are many pet friendly hotels in Austin, but most require that you do not leave your pet unattended.  We will stay in the hotel room and give your pet walks (on leash; around the hotel property), feeding, meds (if needed), fresh water, cuddles and lots of love and attention. All of this while you are enjoying the Live Music Capitol!

$31 1st hour
$22/hour for the next 3 hours
$15/hour for every hour after that

+ parking fees covered. (Minimum of 2 hrs)

Payment methods accepted: • Cash • Room Charge.

If you arrive back to your hotel room in the middle of an hour, we will round up to the nearest quarter-hour @ $3.75/quarter-hour

Wedding Chaperone
 

For those who are getting married in Austin , we will escort your pooch(es) (must be well-behaved, leash-trained,& potty trained) to your wedding and watch over him the whole time, so that your little one can join in on your special day!

$35/hr with a 4 hour minimum.

Errand-Running

Return videos; drop off dry cleaning; get groceries, pet food, treats, litter, etc. (practically anything legal!)

$31/hr + $5/each addtl 15 min

“Get Reacquainted”

If it has been quite some time since we have cared for your pets and home and you think your pets need to re-familiarize with us.

This service is generally only needed if you think your pets may not respond to us well when we see them again. Any changes can usually just be left in a note.

$13/20 min visit

Bridge of Light Service

When the time comes and you can not be there to make your pet's final journey to the veterinarians office, we can be there to make that last trip for you. We will be there to hold and comfort your beloved pet so that they can be in familiar arms when they peacefully say good-bye one last time. There is NO charge for this service and you must make all the necessary arrangements with your veterinarian. This service is for established customers only.

Bartering

Do you have a unique product, service or special skill to offer? If so we may be able to offer our services in trade for yours.

Some services we're looking for: Manicures/ Pedicures, Nutritionists, Professional Chef Services, Advertising, Gift cards to restaurants, shopping centers (all services must be performed by a professional)

Gift Certificate
